As a Junior Product Manager, you will assist in the development and management of our product line. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure the successful launch and growth of products. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about technology, has a keen eye for detail, and is eager to learn about product management.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in Product Development:

  • Collaborate with the Senior Product Manager to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for new product features.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends.

Project Management:

  • Assist in managing product development timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and project execution.
  • Help track progress and resolve any issues that arise during the product development process.

Product Launch and Marketing:

  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including product descriptions, presentations, and promotional content.
  • Support the marketing team in planning and executing product launches.
  • Gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to improve future product releases.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyze product performance data and generate reports to support decision-making.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to optimize product strategies.
  • Assist in identifying areas for product improvement based on data analysis.
  • Creating PRD for every projects or product iniatitives

Customer Engagement:

  • Assist in addressing customer inquiries and issues related to the product.
  • Help gather customer feedback and incorporate it into product development.
  • Participate in user testing and provide input to enhance user experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in product management, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Linear, JIRA or Notion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about technology and product innovation.
