As a Junior Product Manager, you will assist in the development and management of our product line. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure the successful launch and growth of products. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about technology, has a keen eye for detail, and is eager to learn about product management.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in Product Development:
- Collaborate with the Senior Product Manager to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for new product features.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends.
Project Management:
- Assist in managing product development timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and project execution.
- Help track progress and resolve any issues that arise during the product development process.
Product Launch and Marketing:
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including product descriptions, presentations, and promotional content.
- Support the marketing team in planning and executing product launches.
- Gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to improve future product releases.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze product performance data and generate reports to support decision-making.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to optimize product strategies.
- Assist in identifying areas for product improvement based on data analysis.
- Creating PRD for every projects or product iniatitives
Customer Engagement:
- Assist in addressing customer inquiries and issues related to the product.
- Help gather customer feedback and incorporate it into product development.
- Participate in user testing and provide input to enhance user experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in product management, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Linear, JIRA or Notion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about technology and product innovation.
