The HR Manager will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top technical talent to meet the company's and partner company's technology staffing needs. This role involves sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, and handling talents to ensure a smooth recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technology roles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for finding the right fit for both candidates and the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to identify potential candidates for technical positions.
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements and company standards.
- Conduct and schedule initial phone screenings or face-to-face interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Work closely with engineers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and desired candidate profiles.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs, ensuring timely follow-up and feedback.
- Organize and participate in job fairs, tech meetups, and other recruitment events to attract talent.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates, industry professionals, and external recruitment partners.
- Assist in the negotiation of job offers and terms of employment with selected candidates.
- Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct salary surveys and market research to ensure competitive pay structures.
- Oversee payroll administration and benefits enrollment processes.
- Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends in tech recruiting and the broader technology industry to remain competitive in attracting talent.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the technology or IT industry.
- Strong understanding of technology roles and technical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
